Opening for 2024/25 School Year
Special Education Teacher

Grades 7-12

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience working with students with disabilities-Required
  • Previous experience programming for academic, social and emotional needs of middle and high          school-aged students with disabilities-Preferred
  • Ability to write quality IEP’s in a timely manner- Required 
  • 282 certification – Required
  • Demonstrated ability as a clear and effective communicator with students, staff and parents
  • Ability to work as part of an integrated team
  • Ability to deliver quality academic instruction to students 
  • Organized
  • Demonstrated successful experience supporting and supervising one or more educational technicians - Preferred
